Carillion Stonewall Jackson hospital and Classic 967 3WZ are proud to announce the arrival of the first baby born in 2010 in Rockbridge County. Mr and Mrs Wesley and Erica Shaffer. Erica gave birth to an 8lb 6.5oz baby boy Jan. 1st at 2:16am. The baby’s name is Conner. Conner has two siblings: a sister Taylor and a brother Sebastian. Proud grandparents are Doug and Judy Shaffer and Bobby and Serena Talbot.
